1. Purpose

Bouzek.com provides family-history, research, communication and selected project functions. Access rights differ by user and project.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and rights clearance of content they add. Uncertain genealogy must be marked as uncertain instead of being presented as fact.

3. No guarantee of historical accuracy

Family-history material may contain oral history, estimates, conflicting records and later corrections. The platform does not guarantee that every historical statement is complete or correct.

4. Platform moderation

The operator may restrict access, correct or remove content, preserve evidence of changes and suspend accounts where necessary to protect people, data, security or the integrity of the platform.

5. Liability

Users remain responsible for their own actions and contributions. Any limitation of the operator’s liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, is not excluded.

6. Account security

Accounts are personal. Passwords and activation links must not be shared. Suspected misuse should be reported immediately.
